Wide Blue Yonder is a small web design studio run by Duncan Smith who has been designing and running websites since 2001. With a background in Outdoor Education and a passion for spending time in the great outdoors, Duncan is able to combine his understanding the outdoor scene/market and technical skills in web design and hosting to support outdoor enthusiasts, freelance instructors, outdoor centres and companies create and maintain an effective web presence.

Duncan has been involved in outdoor education since 1988 and has a teaching degree in Outdoor Education. He has worked in centres and schools as well as as a freelance instructor and holds a variety of NGB coaching awards.

In particular, Duncan is keen to provide affordable, simple solutions that leave clients in full control of their web presence whilst continuing to provide ongoing support if required. Prices are kept transparent with no hidden costs to worry about.

These days, when not designing websites, Duncan can usually be found out in the Solent in his sea kayak.
